Adapted Stabilise (no floorwork)

A seated or standing class combining Yoga, Fitness Pilates, Interval Training (Legs, Bums & Tums) with balance and stretches for flexibility, body toning and relaxation. Lengthen and strengthen muscles to help improve posture and body shape.

There is a cross over between all my classes, all with different ages, shapes, levels and abilities, no one is excluded!!! There is a class for everyone!

This is so much fun! The time passes so quickly but the fact that you're aching the next day means it's working... For any level of fitness as you can choose how much of a move you want to make - highly recommended!
