Stabilise - Yoga and Fitness Pilates
A class combining Yoga, Fitness Pilates, Interval Training (Legs, Bums & Tums) with balance and stretches for flexibility, body toning and relaxation. Lengthen and strengthen muscles to help improve posture and body shape.
